Mr. Micro offers a variety of warranty and non-warranty repair plans each designed to meet your business or individual needs. We can provide service for a single piece of equipment or an entire office of computers and printers.

Mr. Micro is one of the largest AUTHORIZED service centers in Eastern Kentucky. Meaning both Mr. Micro and our technicians are certified and authorized with the manufacturers listed below to perform warranty services on their products.

The type of service required is determined by the manufacturer's warranty (including covered parts and labor charges). Manufacturer warranties are generally good for one-year from the date of purchase (see your product warranty card for more information). Proof of purchase will be required.

In most cases, manufacturer warranty does not cover software, consumable, upgrade preventive maintenance, or customer damage (see manufacturer warranty card for more information).

Manufacturers not listed above may be serviced on any other service option, non-warranty, maintenance contracts or service retainers. If you don't see your manufacturer listed above, contact us to discuss your options. We are always happy to answer your questions and offer advice.
